Booking rules
Clear conditions
- Minimum booking notice: 4 hours.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Later cancellation: 50% refund.
- One rescheduling is free, subject to availability.
- If the doctor cancels, choose a full refund or a new appointment.

The service is founded and clinically coordinated by Dr Francesco Luzzana. Appointments may be provided by qualified collaborating physicians according to availability; the assigned physician is identified in the booking confirmation and is professionally responsible for the care provided.

- Specialist qualification in Thoracic Surgery, University of Pavia, 2001.
- PhD in Microsurgery and Experimental Surgery, University of Pavia, 2006.
- Ten years of experience as an Emergency Department physician, managing both medical and surgical emergencies.
- ATLS Instructor Certificate, 2009; ALS Provider, 2014.
- General Practitioner working within the Italian National Health Service in Milan since 2020.
